Planning with Geo #4 – April Monthly View + Giveaway

April is over so I think it’s time to take a look at my monthly view. You probably saw what April was looking like back when I did my planner tour and showed you this section but here it is with even more stickers added to it:Photo - Monthly Planner View March 2016

As you can see, I don’t have a lot of events that I need to keep track of in my monthly view. If I know about something a few weeks in advance I’ll put it in but if it’s just meeting a friend the next day, I likely won’t put that into my monthly calendar. I keep track of a few things on it that I check at the start of the month, like my weight and my Dutch language quiz score (but I also put these into the tracker section of my planner…or at least I will when I finish making it!).

So I don’t use the monthly section too much. Why have it then? Well, it’s just nice to be able to see the month at a glance sometimes. The rest of my planner is quite practical – I decorate my weekly pages but always with my lists in mind. The monthly section kind of ends up as a place to play with pretty things and nice stickers then, ones that I cant use in the weekly section and as you can see, I really went at April with the stickers and tape!

Well, that’s my monthly planner view out of the way. Onto the second topic of this post which is probably the more exciting for you – the giveaway part!

At the time of writing this, I have passed 300 followers! Yay! Anyway in celebration of reaching 300, I want to do a giveaway. I’m a bit lacking in money though so I can’t do anything big but I still want to mark the occasion with a small giveaway, plus, I like being able to share my pretty craft supplies with others. I’ll make it a bit different this time though. You get to choose what you get! Sort of.

Recently, I got two difference paper packs. I’m going to make some things using them and I want to let you pick which theme you want to get if you end up the winner of the giveaway! Your choices are the geometric (Capsule Neon) set or the nature (Botanical) set.

No matter which set of patterns you choose, you’ll get:

  • two envelopes
  • matching paper to make/decorate a notecard
  • a paper heart shaped notecard
  • two sheets of die-cuts

And possibly a few little extra paper/snail mail goodies as well!

The rules of the giveaway are simple:

  • Follow my blog
  • Like this post
  • Leave a comment with which set you prefer – geometric or nature

This giveaway is international, it’s doesn’t matter where you’re from, and I’ll announce the winner in my planner post in two weeks (Monday 16th, 12pm) so you have until 10am that day to enter.

So, that’s all for today’s post. Hope you all have a good day and a great week!
