Animal Crossing New Horizons: House Tour

Hello everyone and welcome to another Animal Crossing tour post on this blog meant to be about crafty things! I mean, you do craft things in Animal Crossing…

Well, it’s my blog and I can do what I want and what I want to do is a house tour to follow up my island tour so welcome to my house – don’t mind the snapping guard turtles, they’re actually quite friendly.

We start off in the entrance/living room which is somewhat of an empty mess because I don’t fully know what I’m doing with it and waiting for some items to inspire me.

My bathroom is slowly coming together, I still need to find a bath for it though…

And also, my kitchen is a work in progress mess – if you play New Horizons you’ll know the struggle of getting kitchen items. I have tons of appliances and no surfaces to put them on!

But now we finally get to a finished room and that’s the bedroom. I’m very happy with how this room looks – I wish I could have this room in real life! I love the dark wood bedroom furniture.

But let’s get to the most important room of the house – the craft room. Of course I made the big upstairs room my craft room – need space for all the stuff!

There’s kind of two areas to the craft room. I have the table in the middle and to the left of that is the messy work station area with tool benches, equipment and lots of warn stuff like a giant loom, spinning wheel and sewing machine.

To the right then is the clean area with all the bookshelves and storage along with a little reading nook. I rocking chair wouldn’t be a very comfortable place to read but it’s very cute.

Yup, living my best life in Animal Crossing.

I hope you enjoyed seeing both my island tour and house tour. Maybe you got some ideas for your own island or maybe you’re just amused by my obsession with a video game. Regardless of why, I hope you enjoyed this post!

    1. I’ve not checked my island in a while but yeah, kinda feeling the urge to start my island again because I just think it’s fun replanning islands based on what you get.

    2. I was hesitant at first but personally I think it’s a good decision especially if you have been playing for a while as it looks like you have! I would really appreciate it if you could check out my blog. I have only done two posts but my latest is based on starting a new island! It would be so nice! Thank you x

  1. It looks very nice, especially the craft room. I have an addictive nature with video games so try to now avoid them. I once spent 9 hours solid playing a Toy Story game trying to get a pizza planet token out of a tree! I’ve had similar examples of obsession with them since, now I avoid them, so I will do it vicariously through you.

    1. Shame you have to avoid them! For me, video games are a great way to alleviate stress and anxiety. I do enjoy a good day of playing video games, just like when you get into a good book and spend all day reading it because you can’t put it down or binging on a tv series.
